The HR Excellence in Research logo is awarded by the European Commission to institutions, which  implementing the principles of the "European Charter for Researchers" and the "Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers" - key documents of European policy in terms of increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and career development of researchers.

The University of Agriculture in Krakow has applied for HR Excellence in Research logo, in October 2021 UAK has issued an Endorsment Letter (Declaration of Support for principles of the European Charter for Reserchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers)
