Schedule an appointment for application submission – legalization of stay
A prior date reservation concerning submission of temporary, permanent, or long-term EU resident residence permits is only possible through a dedicated email address. To make a reservation, please send complete details or a completed spreadsheet provided below.
CAUTION

Emails not including complete details or not concerning appointments will be deleted by the system and appointments will not be scheduled!

NECESSARY DETAILS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SUBMISSION OF A RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Citizenship
• Current basis of legal stay in Poland (e.g., residence permit, national Visa + issuing country, Schengen visa + issuing country, visa-free travel....)
• Expiration date of current basis of legal stay in Poland
• Basis of application (e.g., work, studies, residence with family)
• Location of application submission (Kraków/Nowy Sącz)
