PRODUCTION AND FOOD SAFETY

Program is based on interdisciplinary approach to food processing with economic, agronomic and animal husbandry issues.

Lectures by distinguished scholars and researchers are complemented by workshops, lab sessions and excursions that give students the opportunity to prepare for an international professional career, obtain qualifications and experiences in Food Areas, and build strong inter-personal and team skills.

The knowledge, skills and experience that your students gain as part of their training agreement gives them the opportunity to put what they're learning into practice.

We welcome organized groups of minimum 15 students.

Budget:
Option 1. The total cost per participant is 3000 EUR; including: accommodation, orientation day, welcome kit, individual contact with the lecturer, classes, city sightseeing.
Option 2. The total cost per participant is 2000 EUR; including only tuition fee (participants cover costs of accommodation, meals and city sightseeing in Krakow).

The tuition fee covers also

  • lunches and transport to all classes held oujside Krakow;
  • tickets for city transport in Krakow.
