NAWA- 'Cultural Heritage of Small Homelands'
Our international research project ”Cultural heritage of small homelands” is financed by Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange — International Academic Partnerships. The primary objective of this programme is to work out long-lasting solutions with regard to international research cooperation, conducted within International Academic Partnerships.
The project is based on the cultural heritage of ”small homelands”, the heritage of which has survived in original animals species, plants species and landscape until this day, and it constitutes the unique wealth and value. The main aim is to describe cultural heritage preserved in small local communities on the example of the Malopolska region. Also, finding and describing (evaluating) similar small peculiar ecosystems in Europe and the world.
