Forestry is a 3- semester Master’s degree programme taught in English. The study programme is based on the interdisciplinary approach in order to deepen theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to forestry.

After finishing the study the graduate will have the ability to use gained advanced knowledge in the State Forests administartion, in community-based forest administration, in forest of other ownership, in national and landscape parks, in forest management and forest consulting companies, in institutions dealing with dissemination of knowledge in the field of forestry, in forestry education, in forest research institutes and research and development centers conducting research in forestry. The graduate will also be prepared to take up research and challenges on third-cycle studies (PhD).
